the reception staff were friendly, and always ready to help. my room was clean, and the shower was good. the location was decent, close to pubs, cafes, and restaurants.
the noise from other guests was quite loud. i was on the basement level, and it sounded like people were banging on the ceiling. this resulted in bad sleep for two nights.

The staff assisted with taxi arrangements. One staff member even hailed a taxi. they provided great restaurant suggestions and were always available to help, appreciated. it was a great service!

this hotel had a good location in a nice area. the bus stop was right outside the door, and it was in walking distance to pimlico. the hotel is situated near victoria tube.

A Wonderful Stay Near Victoria Station!

I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to Victoria Station. This made travel very simple. The neighborhood felt safe and offered several cafes. I also found a local market nearby. I bought water for my room. The staff were kind and helpful.
The room was quite small, so storage was a slight challenge. I managed, but it is something to note.

Several bars, restaurants, and cafes are very close. This provides many options for meals! I especially liked a small cafe just around the corner. The pastries were AMAZING!!!

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Victoria Coach Station. The Pimlico bus stops right outside the door. This made it easy to get around! The area felt quiet and safe at all times.

The hotel is super clean inside! There is also 24hr reception. The hotel also offered room service, though I did not use it. The blackout curtains were very good. I slept very well.

the location was really good and convenient for the tube, i will say.
The room was sweltering hot at night. It was the strangest shape i've ever used, room 207 was like a series of l shapes glued together. the carpet was dusty and needed a good hoovering. Then, when i checked out, the guy insisted i hadn't paid.
